Overall Winner- Wollundry Photo Competition 2021

Recently I entered the Wollundry Photo Competition 2021. Back in early May this year I attended the Exhibition of entries and it was wonderful to see an array of talent and creativity on display from photographers from all over the Region and beyond.

I was however surprised and honoured to have been recognised as First Place in the general entries category and Competition Champion Print!!

There was many impressive and fantastic works on display and particular congratulations to the winners of each of the other respective categories. It is a privilege to be counted amongst them!

I'd like to say a huge thank you to all the event organisers and contributors including Harvey Norman Wagga Photo Centre, Riverina Water, NRMA, Wagga Caravan Centre and Beyond Bank who all made this event possible.

I'd like to say a particularly big thank you to Wollundry Rotary and in particular John Egan for being responsible for organising and presenting this event and all the wonderful work that went into making the Exhibition a success! And finally thank you to deputy prime minister and member for Wagga Wagga Michael McCormack MP for presenting at and attending the event.

I feel very privileged to have been part of this inaugural event for the Riverina region and look forward to hopefully seeing it grow in the future!
